To best serve client needs one has to be resourceful and knowledgeable in a variety of areas: Marketing, negotiation, building relationships, having a vision, communication, creative solutions and going the extra mile to make sure everything gets done correctly and on time. Whether it's structuring a deal, or helping with remodeling details for my out-of-town sellers, or crunching labor budgets for relocating Buyer's. I do it all. That's been my experience for over twenty years and what I bring to each transaction and each client, everyday.
